Gas Sweetening by Iron Oxide Agent Dry Desulfurization
This dry desulfurization system is a standardized biogas purification process specially designed and manufactured by our company according to the H2S content in biogas, the required service life span and other relevant data. The dimensions and internal structure of desulfurization equipment vary with the type of gas, gas pressure and hydrogen sulfide content. The desulfurization system is particularly suitable for the gas with low hydrogen sulfide content, small processing capacity and high desulfurization precision. What's more, it can effectively prolong the service life of the methane utilization equipment

Principle:
The basic principle of dry desulfurization is a method of oxidizing H2S to elemental sulfur or sulfur oxides by oxygen. The other method is the special iron oxide absorption method (MT series special iron oxide desulfurizer), that is, the active ferric oxide in special iron oxide desulfurizer is used to absorb hydrogen sulfide in the gas and convert it into ferric sulphide, thus removing hydrogen sulfide (at present, this method is mostly used). The composition of the dry process equipment is that a filler is filled in a tank, and the filler layer can be iron oxide desulfurizer, activated carbon desulfurizer, etc. It is better to use iron oxide desulfurizer, so the sulfur content of desulfurizer is large and the cost is low. At a low velocity, the gas passes through the packing layer of the tank from one end, and the hydrogen sulfide is oxidized to sulfur or sulphur oxide or converted to iron sulfide. The gas is left in the packing layer and the gas is discharged from the other end of the container.

Application of Dry Desulfurization:

Dry desulfurization equipment can be used in the purification system of biogas, animal husbandry, starch, papermaking, sewage treatment, alcohol, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, coking, landfill, gas, natural gas, ceramics, food, deep processing of corn, citric acid industry and so on.

According to the amount of hydrogen sulfide imported by the user, the amount of gas treated per hour and the cycle required by the user, the tailored desulfurization tank (or desulfurization tower), gas water separator, flame arrester, blower, pressure stabilizer, desulphurizer, water seal, pressure meter, flow meter and matching pipe valve can be designed.
