Product Description

Oblique sieve solid separator adopts stainless steel material, suitable for pig manure and fermented with lower rate of solid material, especially suitable for the separation of water blisters dung, manure, biogas slurry and other raw materials. The utility model has the advantages of thorough solid-liquid separation, simple operation and long service life.

Working Process:
First, through the pump, the biogas digestate is fed into the oblique sieve separator, and then it flows from top of the screen separator through the stainless steel slanting screen, and the more fecal sewage liquid flows through the sieve of the stainless steel pipes into the outlet. The thick fecal solid flows into the middle of the equipment due to the gravity pressure separation, and then processed by the spiral extrusion separation. The output will be low water content solid matter.
