Characteristic
MT-1 Type Iron Oxide Desulphurizer at normal temperature: Which is made of ferric oxide as the main active group and added with many different promoter, it has the characteristics of large sulfur capacity, high purification degree, good strength, water not slime, easy regeneration, even in the harsh conditions of anaerobic and ammonia-free, can also remove hydrogen sulfide with high precision, and also have certain removal effect on organic sulfur.

MT-2 Type Compound Iron Oxide Desulphurizer: On the basis of MT-1, a unique production process was used to add a small number of highly active parts with high desulfurization precision, quick reaction speed, wide desulfurization range and large sulfur content under anaerobic conditions.

MTZ Type Biogas Special Desulfurizer: We based on the unique nature of biogas, produce and develop a special high efficiency desulfurizer, with good selectivity, sulfur bulk (Working sulfur capacity is greater than 30%), high desulfurization accuracy, not mud, easy to regenerate.

Scope of Application
Mainly used in urban gas, chemical fertilizer, coking, citric acid, distillery, metallurgy, textile, light industry, electronics, environmental protection and other sectors of biogas, shale gas, water gas, semi water gas, coke oven gas, CH4 gas, liquefied gas, gas, oil gas and other gases.

The principle
The principle of desulfurization and regeneration is as follows:
Fe2O3 · H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3· H2O+3H2O
According to the above equation, we can see that the absorption of H2S into Fe2S3 by Fe2O3, with the continuous generation of biogas, ferric oxide absorbs H2S, when the absorption of H2S reaches a certain amount, the removal rate of H2S will be greatly reduced, until the failure.
Fe2S3 can be recycled, and O2 and H2O chemical reaction can be reduced to Fe2O3, the principle is as follows:
2Fe2S3 · H2O+3O2 = 2Fe2O3 · H2O+6S
Combined with the above two reactions, the biogas desulfurization reaction is as follows:
H2S+1/2O2 = S+H2O: (Reaction condition is Fe2O3 · H2O)
From the above chemical reaction equation can be seen, Fe2O3 absorption of H2S into Fe2S3, Fe2S3 to be reduced to Fe2O3, requires O2 and H2O, through the air compressor in the desulfurization tower before adding air to the biogas can meet the desulfurization agent to restore O2 Requirements, biogas contains saturated water can fully meet the desulfurization regeneration of water requirements.
