Regenerable desulfurizer

The most common method in dry desulfurization is iron oxide desulfurization. By passing the feed gas through the desulfurizer bed at room temperature, the H2S in the feed gas contacts the active iron oxide to generate iron sulfide and ferrous sulfide. When the sulfur content of the outlet gas exceeds the standard, the desulfurizer should be replaced with new ones.

The used desulfurizer can be regenerated, but considering the quality of the regenerated desulfurizer, regeneration cost, regeneration conditions, and other factors, regeneration is generally not recommended. If the customer insists on regeneration, he must strictly follow the operation manual and control the regeneration conditions.
