Our Screw Solid Separator adopts the advanced technology from Germany and made by all Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. It has the characteristics of long service life, solid and liquid separation completely, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, high efficiency. Mainly used at the separation of solid particles which big than 0.5mm - 1.0mm, and need has a large proportion of solid materials in liquid. Final could separated into Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Solid Organic Fertilizer.

Characteristics:

The Screw Solid Separator divided into centrifugal separation section and extrusion separation section, which is separated by two methods by centrifugal separation and extrusion separation, and could separation completely. The moisture content of biogas residue is greatly reduced, the drying time of biogas residue is reduced and the cost of baking is reduced, the time and cost of the production of biogas fertilizer are saved, and the pressure adjustment is easy to squeeze and separate through the elastic top tightening device, which ensures the solid-liquid separation completely and control the water content. The biogas liquid outflow pipe is arranged in the centrifugal separating section and the extrusion separation section to facilitate the recovery of biogas slurry.

The machine has small volume, low speed, simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, high efficiency, fast investment recovery, and no need to add any additive.

1.The solid feces after separation easy at transportation and can be sold at high prices.

2.The separated liquid manure discharged directly into the biogas digester, more efficient of biogas, and the biogas digester will not be blocked, prolong the service life of biogas digester.
