Product Description

Spiral type solid-liquid separator adopts a spiral extrusion method of continuous work, suitable for the separation of solid particles which are larger than 0.5mm-1.0mm, the liquid material containing solid ratio and separation requirements relatively low moisture content of materials.
The utility model is especially suitable for the cow manure and straw engineering in the farms and the treatment of organic wastes such as waste water of artificial board factories, and separation into liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer.

The Digestate is fed to the loading chamber by means of pumps through a supply branch pipe. Liquid and solid fractions are separated by means of pressure and filtration in the separator. After being processed in the solid-liquid separator machine, the moisture content of solid residue is between 20-30% .
