Mingshuo dual axis shear crusher is a kind of versatile machine which adopts high torque shearing technology. It is suitable for tearing household garbage and industrial waste. The connection between the rotor of the crusher and the reducer adopts the German standard DIN5480 standard which has the advantages of large torque transmission, reliable connection, low speed, low noise and low maintenance cost. The electrical part is controlled by the SIEMENS PVC program which has the function of automatic detection and overload protection.

Working principle: Shear crusher reduces material size through the cut, tear and extrusion. The knife thickness determines the width of output, blade thickness of material discharging more narrow width. The knife tip distance determines the length of nose, the smaller the distance(both tooth number), the shorter the length of discharge.
