Product Description:
The new desulfurization device produced by our company adopts international advanced technology, is original in China, and is exclusively produced. Iron-based wet desulfurization is a miniature high-efficiency desulfurization device independently developed and designed by our company. This desulfurization unit adopts all stainless steel structure, and uses the iron-based nutrient desulfurization solution developed and produced by our company, which is suitable for the gas desulfurization process containing hydrogen sulfide. It has no pollution, low energy consumption, no alkali consumption, high desulfurization precision, no secondary desulfurization, simple operation, long service life, and by-product sulfur. It can be skid-mounted, movable and used and transported in containers.

Wet Desulphurization Process:
The main hazards of hydrogen sulfide in gas are as the followings : toxic to human body, corrosive to metal equipment and polluted to environment. So sulfur must be removed from biogas. This process is to use alkaline liquid to absorb H2S in the gas, so that the gas can be purified. After absorbing H2S, the alkaline solution is recycled under the catalysis of desulfurizer. Sulfur paste (or sulfur) is prepared by compressing and separating (or melting sulphur). In the cooling tower, the hot water flows through the water seal to the hot water pool. The chilled water chestnut is sent to the cooling tower for cooling and recycling.

The biogas from the gas tank is reversely contacted with the upper and lower cold water through the lower part of the cooling tower. In the process of contact, the gas temperature drops and the impurity in the gas is removed. After entering the roots blower, entering the general pipe of the outlet of the blower, then entering the lower part of the desulphurization tower, entering the spray desulphurization tower through the gas distributor, reverse contact with the desulfurizing liquid which is sprayed on the top of the tower, and then entering the FGD tower and spraying the tower again with the top of the tower. The desulfurization solution is reverse contacted to remove H2S from the gas, and the purified gas comes out from the top of the desulfurization tower and enters the post process.

Hydrogen sulfide is an inorganic compound. Under normal circumstances, it is a colorless, flammable acid gas. When the concentration is low, it has a foul smell and smells like rotten eggs. Hydrogen sulfide is a strong neurotoxin, which has a strong stimulating effect on mucous membrane. Tears, eye pain, intraocular foreign body sensation, photophobia, blurred vision, runny nose, burning sensation in throat, cough, chest tightness, headache, dizziness, fatigue, confusion, etc. appear after short-term inhalation of high-intensity hydrogen sulfide. In severe cases, brain edema and pulmonary edema may occur. When the concentration is extremely high (more than 1000Mg/m3), the patient may suddenly fall into a coma within a few seconds, resulting in lightning death. High concentration contact with conjunctiva causes edema and corneal ulcer. Long-term low concentration exposure can cause neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic dysfunction.
