Detailed Infomation:

Wet desulfurization system is a standard desulfurization process specially designed by our company according to customers' requirements. The process can achieve gas desulfurization, absorbent regeneration, filtration and sulfur melting applying physical and chemical methods. It can run for a long term and desulfurize continuously while producing sulphur, the byproduct. Also, the process has advantages of large processing capacity and high desulfurization precision. We can design and manufacture products based on requirments of our customers to meet the ideal effect you need.

Principle:
The main hazards of hydrogen sulfide in gas are as the followings : toxic to human body, corrosive to metal equipment and polluted to environment. So sulfur must be removed from biogas. This process is to use alkaline liquid to absorb H₂S in the gas, so that the gas can be purified. After absorbing H₂S, the alkaline solution is recycled under the catalysis of desulfurizer. Sulfur paste (or sulfur) is prepared by compressing and separating (or melting sulphur). In the cooling tower, the hot water flows through the water seal to the hot water pool. The chilled water chestnut is sent to the cooling tower for cooling and recycling.

The biogas from the gas tank is reversely contacted with the upper and lower cold water through the lower part of the cooling tower. In the process of contact, the gas temperature drops and the impurity in the gas is removed. After entering the roots blower, entering the general pipe of the outlet of the blower, then entering the lower part of the desulphurization tower, entering the spray desulphurization tower through the gas distributor, reverse contact with the desulfurizing liquid which is sprayed on the top of the tower, and then entering the FGD tower and spraying the tower again with the top of the tower. The desulfurization solution is reverse contacted to remove H₂S from the gas, and the purified gas comes out from the top of the desulfurization tower and enters the post process.

Chemical Reactions:
H2S + CO32- = HS- + HCO3-
HS- + [Catalyst]·O = OH- + S
OH- + HCO3- = CO32- + H2O

1) The system can run continuously with low cost, using PH value to keep the efficiency. 
2) The regenerated alkaline liquid is in good effects, and it can clean the tower instead of causing blocks.
3) The liquid is simple in composition, strong in chemical stability, and it can deal with large amount gas, convenient for both management and operation.
