Hydroxyl Iron Oxide Desulfurizer for Hydrogen Sulfide Removal
Hydrogen sulfide H2S is a colorless, flammable, and toxic gas prevalent in the hydrocarbon processing industry. H2S scavengers are widely used in hydrocarbon processing facilities to maintain plant worker's safety and productivity and eliminate their odor emissions. These specialized chemicals react selectively with and remove H2S to help meet product and process specifications.
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) is a very toxic and pungent gas that causes problems in both the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry. The process of removing H2S is known as gas sweetening by chemical scavengers. Typical H2S scavengers used in the oilfield are hydroxyl ferric oxide desulfurizer.
Hydroxyl Iron Oxide Desulfurizer adopts the company's industrial synthetic iron oxide as the active component and is added with special additives. It's working sulfur capacity is above 30% (Tested 38.42% according to HG/T4354-2012 standard). Meanwhile, it has the characteristics of high purification degree, high strength and no degradation with water. It is widely used in the removal of hydrogen sulfide from natural gas, oilfield associated gas, biogas, coke oven gas, semi-water gas and so on. The product has high sulfur capacity and can reduce secondary pollution and replacement times of desulfurization agent.
Mingshuo dry desulfurizer is mainly made up of ferric oxide with multiple high-efficiency catalyst. It has the characteristics of high sulphur capacity, high levels of purification, high intensity, good selectivity. This kind of desulfurizer can desulfurize with high accuracy and won't get pelitized when meet water. It can be widely applied to chemical fertilizer plant, coking plant, citric acid factory, brewery, metallurgy, textile, light industry, sewage treatment, biogas project and so on.
