General introduction of the vanadium catalyst for Sulphuric Acid production

The MS101-MH (medium temperature) type catalyst is a ring-shaped catalyst successfully developed in the early 1980s. Its successful development basically solves the problems of the small particle size of the original MS101 vanadium catalyst, the large resistance, the high energy consumption, the high dust accumulation and the poor blocking resistance when the feed gas passes through the catalyst layer. It is beneficial to the sulfuric acid production plant to reduce energy consumption, increase output and improve economic benefits.

MS108 catalyst is a vanadium catalyst for low-temperature sulfuric acid production. It has won the National Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Award. Through long-term use, it has been proved that it has low ignition temperature, good low-temperature activity and high use strength. It is an excellent low-temperature catalyst. Sulfuric acid manufacturers use it, no matter economically, technically, or environmentally, they will achieve obvious benefits.

MS108-MH and its derivatives are based on the basic formula of MS108, in order to reduce the system resistance and improve the anti-blocking ability of the catalyst layer, while ensuring the excellent performance of MS108-MH.
