Product Description:
Integrated and flexible double membrane gas tank consists of two layers of inner and outer membrane. The space between the inner membrane and the liquid level of the tank stores biogas. The outer membrane is hemispherical, with 1/3 ball body, which functions with the connection to the assembling tank or the welded tank or the cement tank, which serves as a whole in the project. The gas enters the inter layer between the inner and outer membrane, and the internal pressure of the gas is maintained by the equipment to keep the designated pressure of the biogas in the space of inner membrane. The gas tank has the advantages of simple construction, easy installation and maintenance. The whole system is easy to manage and operate.
Type:
Assembled Tank divided into electrophoresis assembly tank and enamel assembly tank.
It is made of special steel plate, special sealing material, self-locking bolt and other materials, and can be used for sealing storage of gas, liquid and solid in biogas engineering, sewage treatment, grain storage and petrochemical industry.
In the biogas project, assembled tank is a container for storage and fermentation of various organic compounds.
Characteristics:

CSTR: Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor
USR: Up-flow Sludge Reactor
UASB: Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket
In the biogas engineering, sewage treatment, petrochemical, grain storage and other industries, cost investment is a very important factor, in which sealed storage, as the largest proportion of investment, should meet the technical requirements of advanced efficiency, low consumption and low cost. Previously, reinforced concrete tanks and steel structure tanks were not available.The construction technology of steel mixing pond is complex, long period, complicated structure design and high cost. It is not suitable for medium and small sewage treatment engineering, but the construction quality of steel structure welding tank is difficult to guarantee, and the anticorrosion performance is poor, the service life is short, and the capacity of the tank is small; the above two kinds of counter devices have certain limitations.
