The desulfurization system is suitable for the gas with low hydrogen sulfide content, large processing capacity and high desulfurizaation precision, especially for prolonging the service life of the methane utilization equipment.

Dry Desulfurization Project for Biogas Plant:
This dry desulfurization system is a standardized biogas purification process specially designed and manufactured by our company according to the H₂S content in biogas, the required service life span and other relevant data. The dimensions and internal structure of desulfurization equipment vary with the type of gas, gas pressure and hydrogen sulfide content. The desulfurization system is particularly suitable for the gas with low hydrogen sulfide content, small processing capacity and high desulfurization precision. What's more, it can effectively prolong the service life of the methane utilization equipment.

Working Principle:
The basic principle of dry desulfurization is a method of oxidizing H₂S to elemental sulfur or sulfur oxides by oxygen. The other method is the special iron oxide absorption method (MT series special iron oxide desulfurizer), that is, the active ferric oxide in special iron oxide desulfurizer is used to absorb hydrogen sulfide in the gas and convert it into ferric sulphide, thus removing hydrogen sulfide (at present, this method is mostly used). The composition of the dry process equipment is that a filler is filled in a tank, and the filler layer can be iron oxide desulfurizer, activated carbon desulfurizer, etc. It is better to use iron oxide desulfurizer, so the sulfur content of desulfurizer is large and the cost is low. At a low velocity, the gas passes through the packing layer of the tank from one end, and the hydrogen sulfide is oxidized to sulfur or sulphur oxide or converted to iron sulfide. The gas is left in the packing layer and the gas is discharged from the other end of the container.

Hydrogen sulfide is a kind of acute toxicity, which can be fatal in a short time by inhaling a small amount of high concentration hydrogen sulfide. Low concentration of hydrogen sulfide has effects on eyes, respiratory system and central nervous system.
Hydrogen sulfide is a strong neurotoxin, which has a strong stimulating effect on mucous membrane. Tears, eye pain, intraocular foreign body sensation, photophobia, blurred vision, runny nose, burning sensation in throat, cough, chest tightness, headache, dizziness, fatigue, confusion, etc. appear after short-term inhalation of high-intensity hydrogen sulfide. In severe cases, brain edema and pulmonary edema may occur. When the concentration is extremely high (more than 1000Mg/m3), the patient may suddenly fall into a coma within a few seconds, resulting in lightning death. High concentration contact with conjunctiva causes edema and corneal ulcer. Long-term low concentration exposure can cause neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic dysfunction.
