Product description:
Mingshuo series activated carbon desulfurizer is a series of black columnar particles made of high-quality raw materials, adding certain adhesives and cocatalysts through a series of finishing processes such as screening, proportioning, crushing, molding, drying, carbonization and activation.

Performance characteristics:
The product has high activity, large porosity, large sulfur capacity, high desulfurization efficiency, good mechanical strength, good water resistance, low bed resistance, easy regeneration, and difficult pulverization at high temperature and high pressure.

Application:
Mingshuo series activated carbon desulfurizer is mainly used for the purification of various sulfides of water gas, coke oven gas, natural gas, chemical industry raw gas and flue gas, especially for the removal of hydrogen sulfide, which has unique high-efficiency and high-precision purification effect, and has no environmental pollution. It can be recycled, and high-purity elemental sulfur can be recovered through regeneration.

Technical conditions:
1. Airspeed: 300~2000h-1 (in general) ≤100h-1 for city gas.
2. Temperature: 20-100ºC (best 32-52ºC)
3. The ratio of sulfide and oxygen content: more than 1:2
4. Relative humidity ≥70% (but without liquid water entering the activated carbon bed layer)
5. Pressure: ≤6Mpa
6. Linear speed: ≤0.1m/s City gas should be 0.01 ~ 0.05m/s.
7. Loading method: before loading, it must be sieved to remove the dust generated during handling and storage. When loading, it is not allowed to pour directly from the top, and the activated carbon should be evenly dispersed on the surface of the carbon layer to prevent the gas from deflecting, so that the activated carbon can't fully function at the same time. After loading and before putting into operation, blow out the air and remove the carbon powder adhered to the surface of carbon particles to prevent the carbon powder from blowing to the next section and affecting the production.

Attention:
1. Transportation
Pay attention to prevent a large amount of vibration and friction caused by mixing with hard substances, so as to reduce the breakage of carbon particles and affect the use.
2. Storage
It should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent the inner and outer bags of the package from cracking, direct contact with the outside world, adsorption of other substances, and reduction of hydrogen sulfide adsorption capacity and use effect.
3. No blisters
This product is a porous adsorbent, so it is absolutely necessary to prevent water immersion during transportation, storage and use. After water immersion, a large amount of water fills the pores of activated carbon, which makes activated carbon lose its function.
4. Prevent tar substances
In the production and operation, tar substances should be prohibited from being brought into the activated carbon bed, because after the surface of activated carbon particles is covered with such substances, the activated carbon voids will be filled, which will make it lose its function. Therefore, when the gas enters the activated carbon bed layer, if it contains tar substances, a tar removal device should be added to ensure the normal use of activated carbon.
5. Fire prevention
When storing or transporting, prevent direct contact with fire source to prevent fire.

Tears, eye pain, intraocular foreign body sensation, photophobia, blurred vision, runny nose, burning sensation in throat, cough, chest tightness, headache, dizziness, fatigue, confusion, etc. appear after short-term inhalation of high-intensity hydrogen sulfide. In severe cases, brain edema and pulmonary edema may occur. When the concentration is extremely high (more than 1000Mg/m3), the patient may suddenly fall into a coma within a few seconds, resulting in lightning death. High concentration contact with conjunctiva causes edema and corneal ulcer. Long-term low concentration exposure can cause neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic dysfunction.
