Wet Desulfurization Project for Sulfur Dioxide Removal in Flue Gas

Wet desulfurization system is a standard desulfurization process specially designed by our company according to customers' requirements. The process can achieve gas desulfurization, absorbent regeneration, filtration and sulfur melting applying physical and chemical methods. It can run for a long term and desulfurize continuously while producing sulphur, the byproduct. Also, the process has advantages of large processing capacity and high desulfurization precision. We can design and manufacture products based on requirments of our customers to meet the ideal effect you need.

The wet desulfurization system has two kinds of relevant equipment: high-tower absorption tank and regeneration tank. Both have their own characteristics.

Flue Gas Desulfurization Project
Monobasic Method: Sodium alkali FGD is to use a soluble alkaline as absorbent to absorb SO2. The sodium alkali method absorbs SO2 in the flue gas by using sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide solution as the first alkali to form sodium sulfite and sodium hydrogen sulfite solution, and then adds sodium alkali to the
desulfurized rich liquid to convert it into alkaline sodium sulfite. The absorption liquid is sent back to the absorption tower for recycling. The sodium hydroxide alkaline desulfurization process is adopted.

Double Alkali Method: Double alkali method flue gas desulfurization uses a soluble alkali solution (such as sodium alkali or ammonia alkali) to absorb sulfur dioxide in the flue gas to form an acid salt, and then split part of the solution into another system. Then it is treated by an alkaline earth compound to form a sparingly insoluble calcium sulphate and regenerate the soluble base, which is recycled in the process.
