Dry Iron Oxide Desulfurizer of Mt Series
The most common method in dry desulfurization is iron oxide desulfurization. By passing the feed gas through the desulfurizer bed at room temperature, the H2S in the feed gas contacts the active iron oxide to generate iron sulfide and ferrous sulfide. When the sulfur content of the outlet gas exceeds the standard, the desulfurizer should be replaced with new ones.
MT series of iron oxide desulfurizer is mainly used for the removal of hydrogen sulfide produced by city coal gas, chemical fertilizer plant, coking plant, citric acid factory, brewery, metallurgy, textile industry, light industry and environmental protection industry. This series of products has the characteristics of convinent operation, fantastic adaptability and small resistance in use.
The used desulfurizer can be regenerated, but considering the quality of the regenerated desulfurizer, regeneration cost, regeneration conditions, and other factors, regeneration is generally not recommended. If the customer insists on regeneration, he must strictly follow the operation manual and control the regeneration conditions.
