Biogas boiler is burns biogas as fuel. A new type of energy boiler suitable for slaughterhouse and breeding plant is used to collect biogas produced by fermentation of animal dung, post-slaughter dirt, branches and leaves. Biogas boiler is a new type of boiler without running cost. Biogas Boiler is divided into two series: hot water boiler and steam boiler. It not only solves environmental pollution problems, but also produces no pollutants. At the same time equipped with automatic control, easy to operate.

Principle
Biogas is a combustible gas produced under anaerobic conditions of animal manure or sewage treatment. Generally, methane content is above 50-80%, and the calorific value is high. A cubic calorific value is about 5500 kcal, compared with a kilogram of coal. Biogas is used to heat heat in special boiler and heat water or steam.
