Performance characteristics
1. It has the characteristics of high purification, high strength, and no mud in water;

Operating conditions
1. Air speed: 400 ~ 1000h-1 (it can be appropriately increased when pressurized or H2S content is low)
2. Linear speed: 0.10 ~ 0.40m/s (empty tower)
3. Pressure: normal pressure (or pressurized to 3.92 × Within 106pa)
4. Temperature: normal temperature ~ 100 ºC

The amount of desulfurizer is determined by the following conditions:
1. H2S concentration and gas flow in feed gas
2. Required H2S concentration at sulfur tower outlet
Regeneration operation conditions
When the H2S in the outlet gas of the desulfurization tower exceeds 1ppm or exceeds the required index, and the saturated sulfur capacity is not less than 35%, the desulfurization agent shall be regenerated. The operating conditions are as follows:
Air speed: 0.5 ~ 160h-1 (adjusted according to the change of regeneration temperature)
Pressure: normal pressure
Temperature: 30 ~ 60 ºC (adjust space velocity and control 02 content in regeneration gas) the activity of desulfurizer after regeneration gradually decreases with the regeneration times.
