The Gas Tank, used for storage various industrial gases, also used as a container for balancing the inhomogeneity of gas requirements. It can be divided into two categories: low pressure gas tank and high pressure gas tank. The former has two kinds of structure, wet and dry.
The Wet Gas Tank is usually used for gas storage, consisting of two parts, the water seal groove and the Bell Cover. The Bell Cover is a cylindrical container that not has bottom and can move up and down. If the storage capacity is large, the bell cover can be changed from a single layer to a multi-layer sleeve type, sealed by water sealed annular grooves between the sections. In cold areas, water must be heated by steam in order to prevent freezing of water seal tanks in winter. The Wet Gas Tank is simple and easy to construct.

The sealing liquid can be used under -30 centigrade, so needn't to consider the freezing in cold area. 10. The storage pressure is basically stable, generally from 1590 PA to 2000 PA, pressure fluctuation is not more than 100 PA to 150 PA. 11. Equipped with positive and negative pressure protector, operating safety is ensured.
Contrast
Compared with the Dry Gas Tank, the Dry Gas Tank has less steel volume, less machining elements and low construction difficulty. However, due to the existence of water seal device, the cabinet is easy to rust, and the maintenance cost is high. The Dry Gas Tank is constant and regulates the output pressure with the help of the internal large area piston rise and fall. The installation precision and the precision of the component processing are high, the construction is difficult, but the ground area is small, the storage pressure is high, the stability is good, the service life is long, the steel is saved, and the environmental pollution is less.
Principle The Bell Cover is an open cylindrical structure with a vaulted bottom and a cylindrical movable column between the sink and the Bell Cover. The gas pipe passes through the sink bottom and the water in the sink into the Bell Cover to achieve the input or discharge of the gas. The upper and lower tower joints are connected by water seal and sealed. When the gas is pressed to the gas cabinet, the Bell Cover rises, and the lower hanging ring takes water from the sink; When the bell is raised to a certain height, the Bell Cover is connected with the hanging ring on the section of the tower, the second tower section is hung on the ring plate inserted under the Bell Cover hanging ring water seal, the second tower section is raised, so in turn, the tower section is mentioned. In the output gas, the Bell Cover and the tower section of the action process is reversed. The Bell Cover and the tower section depend on the guide rail and the Guide wheel to guarantee the fluctuation smoothly.
