Application of hydroxide iron oxide desulfurizer:
It is widely used in the removal of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas, oil field associated gas, biogas, coke oven gas, semi-water gas, water gas and other gases, and also has certain removal effect on mercaptan organic sulfur and most nitrogen oxides.
Performance characteristics:
- It has high purification, high strength, no mud when meeting water, etc.
- It has simple equipment, convenient operation, small bed resistance, strong adaptability, fast desulfurization, high sulfur capacity, no secondary pollution, etc. Even under the anaerobic condition, it also has high desulfurization.
Operating conditions:
1. airspeed: 500-1500h-1 (it can be appropriately increased when the pressure is increased or the hydrogen sulfide content is low)
2. Linear speed: 0.1-0.4m/s (empty tower)
3. Pressure: normal pressure ~6Mpa(or pressurized to within 3.92×106)
4. Temperature: normal temperature ~300ºC
The dosage of desulfurizer is determined by the following conditions:
1. Hydrogen sulfide concentration and gas flow rate in feed gas
2.Requirement value of hydrogen sulfide concentration at the outlet of sulfur tower
3.Desulfurization agent replacement cycle
