Flexible holder design and German advanced production technology are adopted to provide safe, reliable gasholder with excellent performance for customers.
Generally this independent double membrane gasholder is a 3/4 sphere, made of special processed polyester material and fixed on the cement foundation by rails. Divided into outer membrane, inner membrane and bottom membrane, the outer membrane is always pressurized to form the shape of gasholder and protect the inner membrane. As a result, rain, snow and wind have little impact on it. Then with the bottom membrane to function as foundation seal to realize the anti-corrosion, anti-leakage and easy installation, this double membrane gasholder is better than traditional wet gasholder both in performance and maintenance. Between the outer membrane and inner membrane, there's a variable-capacity airtight space to store biogas and other gases, such as carbon dioxide, oxygen etc.
Thanks to the high chemical resistance and mechanical strength of the imported materials, the double membrane gasholder satisfies the highest quality standards. With the ability of corrosion, microorganisms and ultraviolet rays resisting, the life time could be as long as 25 years.

Accessories
1) Air blower: It blows air into the space between the internal and external membranes of the gas holder to support the gas holder.
2) Check valve: It prevents air filled into the gas holder from flowing reversely.
3) Pressure gauge with electric contact: It measures the pressures of the internal and external membranes.
4) Liquid seal safety tank: It ensures automatic discharge of excess air in case of too high pressure between internal and external membranes of the gas holder.
5) Control cabinet: It automatically controls the startup of the air blower according to the pressure.

The Main Function of the Gas Tank
1. The working pressure of the inner membrane of the gas tank is less than 2.0KPa. The outer membrane is ≤800Pa, while the inner membrane is ≤2000Pa. The gas tank has a pressure resistance of 2.5KPa.
2. The inner and outer membranes of the gas tank are made of imported environmentally-friendly corrosion-resistant Belgian membranes. They're characteristic of anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-microbial and anti-ultraviolet. The fire level reaches B1, and the tensile strength of the membrane is 5600 (4000) N/5cm or more. The inner membrane of the gas tank is an anti-corrosion product and can withstand the long-term corrosion of H2S in biogas.
3. The biogas pressure at the outlet of the gas tank is constant, and the gas utilization rate in the tank can reach 95%.
4. The gas cabinet is equipped with a biogas leakage alarm device.
5. The gas cabinet is provided with a reliable safety water seal and pressure relief device to prevent the possible danger caused by overpressure inside the gas tank.
6. The gas tank can resist the strong wind blowing and heavy snow pressure to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The gas tank pressurizing device is provided with a check valve at the inlet air side to prevent the air from flowing backward.
7. There is an inspection window on the outer membrane of the gas tank, so that the internal condition of the gas tank can be known at any time. The inspection window is made up of 8mm plexiglass plate and flange. It is well sealed, without leakage. The internal working state of the gas tank is observed through the inspection window, so that the gas volume in the gas tank can be known at any time.
8. The gas tank is equipped with a level meter to detect the gas storage height in the inner membrane of the gas tank to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
