Foul gas pollution in sewage treatment plants has always been the biggest headache for all personnel concerned. We adopted reversed hanging UV membrane structure of steel support to prevent the odor from spreading. A strong corrosion resistant fluorocarbon membrane is used to cover the exhaust gas while the steel structure suspends the membrane outside. Thus, the corrosion resistance of UV film is brought into play, and the corrosion problem of steel structure caused by contact with corrosive gas is solved fundamentally. The steel structure can be designed according to the anticorrosion grade of the ordinary building steel structure and it has a long lifespan of more than 50 years. The performance of the steel structure is realized, and the perfect combination of the structural skeleton and the covering material is realized.
