Blower operational principle:
There are two groups of three-blade impellers in the blower casing, which are driven by a pair of synchronous gears to reciprocate in opposite directions. The air inlet volume is V1, and the low pressure is formed by the rotation of the impellers. At the same time, the intake air volume is V2, and the high pressure gas is generated by the increased resistance of the air outlet, so that the air is sent out. Because there is a certain gap between impellers and between impellers and casing, there is no friction, so it can run for a long time.
Characteristics and structure of blower:
1. The spiral shape is a fixed spiral mode of more than 20 degrees. The air inlet and exhaust shielding lines of the casing cut into the spiral, and the triangular air inlet and outlet formed by the smooth surface lines at the top of the rotor are opened sequentially by the rotation of the rotor. The air inlet and outlet of this fan are not opened or closed in an instant like the old Roots spiral fan, so the running sound is extremely low and there is almost no exhaust pulsation.
2. Because the rotor is a trilobal right-angle line, unlike the spiral rotor, the rotors are not in contact with each other due to slight axial displacement. Therefore, it is only necessary to ensure the clearance between the rotors in the profile, and it is not necessary to add axial displacement like the spiral rotor, so that the clearance is too large. The efficiency of this fan is much better than that of the same size rotor screw fan.
3. Because the rotors take a special form, it is easy to keep the mutual clearance between the rotors, thus further improving the efficiency.
4. Because of the use of precision CNC machine tools to mass produce rotors and the adoption of perfect measures for precision management, there is no performance error among all wind turbines. In addition, the rotor has been in an equilibrium state during the manufacturing process of the rotor. Therefore, as in the past, there will be no slight unbalance left in the rotor, and the machine has almost no vibration at all.
5. Adopting the highest driving gear not only prolongs the service life, but also reduces the noise. The gear is made of special Cr-Mo steel after proper quenching treatment, and is manufactured by precision grinding in strict accordance with Jlsl gear. Therefore, the adverse interference from gears to products is completely eliminated.
6. The output air is clean and does not contain any oily dust. There is no need for oil lubrication inside the casing, and the structural design is adopted to avoid bearing and gear oil from mixing into the casing.
The significance of desulfurization:
Hydrogen sulfide is an inorganic compound. Under normal circumstances, it is a colorless, flammable acid gas. When the concentration is low, it has a foul smell and smells like rotten eggs. When the concentration is high, there is no smell, because high concentration of hydrogen sulfide can paralyze the olfactory nerve. It can be dissolved in water. At 0ºC, 1 mole of water can dissolve about 2.6 moles of hydrogen sulfide. The aqueous solution of hydrogen sulfide is called hydrogen sulfuric acid, which is a weak acid. Hydrogen sulfide is a kind of acute toxicity, which can be fatal in a short time by inhaling a small amount of high concentration hydrogen sulfide. Tears, eye pain, intraocular foreign body sensation, photophobia, blurred vision, runny nose, burning sensation in throat, cough, chest tightness, headache, dizziness, fatigue, confusion, etc. appear after short-term inhalation of high-intensity hydrogen sulfide. In severe cases, brain edema and pulmonary edema may occur. When the concentration is extremely high (more than 1000Mg/m3), the patient may suddenly fall into a coma within a few seconds, resulting in lightning death. High concentration contact with conjunctiva causes edema and corneal ulcer. Long-term low concentration exposure can cause neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic dysfunction.
